An accompaniment of potatoes, peas and green beans.
Cooking Tips
10 oz (300g) potatoes
7 oz (200g) peas
7 oz (200g) green beans
Peel the potatoes, make small potato balls from them with a baller or small melon scoop, and sauté the potato balls in butter until cooked.
Cook the peas in some water with sugar in it.
Top and tail the green beans, and cook them in some water.
Toss all the above together with some butter.
