As a fresh bean, Adour Beans freeze and can well.
As a dried bean, it’s a long, straight white bean, somewhat plump, rounded at each end.
The Adour Bean plant gives high yields.
Adour Beans have been somewhat superseded by an improved variety of itself, named “Cheyenne.”
Language Notes
Adour Beans are named after the Adour valley in southern France where Tarbais beans are grown, but it is not the same bean.
