History Notes
Arkansas Sweet Apples were first documented in 1905 by the United States Department of Agriculture, from samples sent to them by a Henry Grabin of Scott County, Arkansas, USA
The apples were unknown for many years after that, then re-identified in 1993, being grown by a John Kenyon of Lacon, Illinois, USA.
