Juice the lemon; pour the lemon juice over the ice cubes (strain if you wish.)
Top up glass with chilled water.
Stir in sugar to taste, a teaspoon at a time.
Recipe notesYou may use still mineral water if you wish for the chilled water.
For each additional glass you wish to make, juice 1 additional lemon.
