Corn Pasta

Instead of being made with durum wheat semolina, Corn Pasta is made with corn flour.

The taste is interesting, and this makes pasta accessible to people with wheat allergies, but it won't cook up as firm as regular pasta.

Cooking Tips

Cook for only 4 to 5 minutes. Good in hot dishes, not very good in cold pasta salads.

Substitutes

Rice noodles
