Cushaw Squash has a long, curved neck and a bulbous end.
The rind has a cream-coloured background largely covered by burnt orange and green stripes from top to bottom.
Most of the edible flesh is actually in the neck; the bulb part is largely fibrous material.
Cushaw Squash is used a great deal commercially in canned pumpkin purée.
