Eramosa are oblong, somewhat flattened potatoes with smooth, light buff skin, and white flesh.
They are marketed as all-purpose for sale direct to consumers.

History Notes
Eramosa Potatoes were developed in 1970 at the Agriculture Canada Research Station in Fredericton, New Brunswick from a cross between two potatoes referred to as “F52047” and “F60019.”
During development, the potato was referred to as “F72217.”
