Huron are oval, flattened potatoes with light-buff skin with some flaking, and white flesh.

They are marketed as all-purpose for direct to consumer sales.
History Notes
Huron Potatoes were developed by Agriculture Canada at its Fredericton Research Station in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada in 1943 from a cross between Hindenburg and Sebago potatoes.
Released 1961.
