Inchelium Red Artichoke Garlic bulbs are about 2 ½ to 3 inches (6 to 7 ½ cm) wide, with thick, easy-to-peel skin.
Inside, there will be 8 to 22 medium-sized cloves in 4 to 5 layers.
The garlic has a full flavour that lingers, strong but not hot.
Mid-season harvest.
It belongs to the Artichoke sub-group of softneck garlic.
