Jindi Deluxe Blue is an Australian blue cheese made in Gippsland, Victoria, Australia.
It is white and crumbly, with veins of blue mould.
The company that makes it — Jindi — also makes other blue cheeses.

History Notes
Jindi Deluxe Blue Cheese was created in 2009 by Franck Beaurain, who was born in Normandy. Franck was also the creator of Roaring Forties Blue Cheese.
Jindi Deluxe Blue won the award for “Blue Veined, Exterior Molding” cheese at the World Championship Cheese Contest in Wisconsin, USA in March 2010. [1]Associated Press.
