Lili Potatoes are oblong, with flaky yellow skin and yellow flesh.
They are marketed as all-purpose for direct to consumer sales and for processing into French Fries (aka chips in the UK.)
History Notes
Lili Potatoes were developed by Svalöf Weibull company in Sweden in 1977 from a cross between Semlo potatoes and a potato referred to as “N73-ADD-36.”
