Medisterpolse Sausage



Medisterpolse Sausage is an almost sweet-tasting Danish sausage made of finely-ground pork, seasoned with clove, allspice, onion, salt and pepper, and packed into casings and formed into links.

It is traditionally served with fried mushrooms.

Raw, needs cooking.
