Miranda Potatoes

Miranda Potatoes are medium to large-sized, oblong potatoes with yellow skin and flesh.

These have several uses.

They can be used as a table potato by consumers.

They are also good for commercial French Fries production (aka chips in the UK), because they have good colour when fried, and can be easily peeled by machines.

They are also good for commercial dehydrated potato products.

Please share this information with your friends. They may love it.
