Nigiri Sushi is the most well-known kind of sushi.
It is an oblong block of rice, topped with something such as a raw fish slice, seafood or a piece of scrambled egg.
The rice is formed into shape using the palm of your hand, and then pressed again with the garnish on top to make the garnish stick.
