Oneal are firm, medium-blue, medium-sized blueberries with a very sweet flavour.
They will have a small, dry scar after picking.
The bush, which spreads somewhat, tolerates hot summers, but needs 400 hours of cold weather during the winter.
It will sometimes will bloom a bit in the autumn.
Oneal blueberries, though they are classed as very early harvest, ripen over a long period, making them good for pick your own or home growers.
Oneal Blueberries are popular with growers in Argentina, Chile, New Zealand and the states of California and North Carolina (USA.)
