Pacific Rose Apple



Pacific Rose Apples have thin, rose pink skin with yellow on top.

Inside, the crisp white flesh is sweet and resists browning.

Good for salads, eating fresh.



History Notes

Developed in New Zealand from a cross between Gala and Splendour apples. The trademark is owned by ENZA (the former New Zealand government fruit monopoly).
