Refined Oils



To be refined, an oil undergoes many different steps such as bleaching, neutralizing flavour and aroma, etc.

While Refined Oils are now viewed by some as the essence of Evil Incarnate, they actually were designed to benefit people: the process creates clear, mild, neutral oils that are all-purpose with high smoke points and longer storage lives, all of which are features that consumers look for.
