The skin is greenish-yellow with dark red blushes. Inside, the pale, cream-coloured flesh is sometimes tinged green. It is firm, juicy and coarse.
The fruit is medium to large-sized.
The apples are prone to bitter pit — small brown patches under the skin and in the fruit that discolour it and turn it bitter.
