Unrefined Oils

To make Unrefined Oil, oil is extracted from the object being pressed, then it is filtered to remove any sediment. No further processing happens.

Unrefined Oils have more flavour than refined oils, and are thought to be healthier, but on the downside, they have shorter shelf lives and lower smoke points when heated.
