Utility Knife



A Utility Knife is a larger version of a paring knife.

It is mid-way in size between a paring knife and a chef's knife, about 4 to 6 inches ( to 15 cm) long, and arrow.

The blade can be flat-edged or serrated.

The knife is useful for slicing and deboning.
