White Lebanese Zucchini is shaped more like an eggplant than a zucchini.
It has cream-coloured skin with a green tinge that disappears as it matures, becoming somewhat steelish-grey as it gets very old.
The bush type plant produces good yields of zucchini ready to harvest within 50 days of planting. The zucchini is best harvested when 6 inches (15 cm) long.
The zucchini has a very mild taste.
History Notes
