Wilja Potatoes



Wilja Potatoes are long and oval, and tend to be uniformly shaped.

They have rough yellow skin, and light yellow flesh.

These are waxy potatoes.

The plan has has light purple flowers with yellow centres.

Cooking Tips

For boiling, baking, roasting or making chips with. Some also like it for mashing.

History Notes

Wilja Potatoes were developed in the Netherlands in 1967. Released 1975.
