Yellow Bartlett Pears

Traditional pear shape, with green skin turning to yellow as it ripens. These should be picked just as the skin turns to a lighter green. The taste and texture are virtually the same as for Red Bartlett Pears; the only real difference being the skin colour.

Soft, buttery texture and very juicy. Good with cheese.
