Yugoslavian Porcelain Garlic has large bulbs, with skin that has purple blotches and thin copper streaks on it.
Inside, there will be 3 to 5 cloves.
The garlic is fragrant, with a strong, hot, spicy taste that fades to sweet in the mouth.
It belongs to the Porcelain sub-group of hardneck garlics.

Yugoslavian Porcelain Garlic originated in Yugoslavia, possibly coming to North America via British Columbia, Canada (particularly popular there in Okanagan Valley and in the Kootenays.)
