Ail de Pays Gers Garlic

Ail de Pays Gers is a softneck garlic. The large, white bulbs have 8 to 12 cloves in them.

The clove skin will often have purple or pink stripes.

Inside, the flesh is tan coloured, with a hotter taste than many other garlics.
