Anaïs are large, oblong potatoes with yellow skin and yellow, waxy flesh.

The plant delivers an early harvest.

Cooking Tips

They are good for fried potatoes in general, and in particular are recommended for making Pommes rissolées from.

History Notes

Anaïs Potatoes were developed in France from a cross between Monalisa and Lizen potatoes. Released 1997.
