The self-fertile bush is a reliable producer. It is upright, growing 5 to 6 feet (around 2 metres) tall and have a small scar after picking.
They will have a somewhat tart taste if harvested when they have a red tinge to them; they are best picked when fully blue. In fact, Bluecrop Blueberries should be picked 5 to 7 days after that for full sweetness.
Bluecrop Blueberries grow in loose clusters. They won’t crack on the bush, or drop off it and can be machine harvested.
