Jersey Blueberries

Jersey are medium-blue, small to medium-sized blueberries, sometimes just around 1 gram in weight.

They are sweet but have no real aroma. Still, they are popular owing to their high yields and quick growth.

The bush is upright, 6 to 8 feet (1.8 to 2.4 metres) tall.

Jersey Blueberries which grow in loose clusters can be mechanically harvested late in the season.

They are good for the processing market, owing to their small size.

History Notes

Jersey Blueberries were released in 1928.
