Not readily available in North America, molasses sugar is the darkest brown sugar of them all, containing a high amount of molasses in it.Traditionally used in dark fruit cakes and puddings. Also great in barbeque sauces.
Substitutes
Dark Brown Sugar, with an added teaspoon of Molasses, if desired.
