The bush grows 3 to 4 feet tall (1 to 1.2 metres) and is a reliable producer, delivering 3 to 7 pounds (1.3 to 3 kg) of fruit per bush.
It is hardy down to – 40 F / C.
Northblue blueberries have glossy, dark-green leaves that make it suitable for a home garden ornamental plant as well. It is self-fertile but will do better with another blueberry bush to cross-pollinate it.
