Gorgonzola Sauce Recipe
Good on hot cooked veg such as asparagus, green beans, Brussel sprouts, etc.
2 tablespoons Butter
1/2 pound Gorgonzola Cheese
4 tablespoons Mascarpone Cheese
Put the Gorgonzola and the butter in a saucepan, and melt them over very low heat.
As soon as they are just melted, remove from the heat and stir in the mascarpone. Serve.
Instead of Mascarpone cheese, you can use cream cheese. Instead of Gorgonzola, you can use another mild blue cheese, such as Danish.
