Cauliflower Purée Recipe

This is a creamy purée of cauliflower enriched with cream and butter, and seasoned with nutmeg. It makes for a very nice side splodge on your plate.

  • Steam, boil or microwave the cauliflower until tender. Drain.
  • Purée the hot cauliflower in a blender or food processor; pour into a bowl and add the butter, nutmeg and cream.
  • Warm through in a microwave after blending if needed or desired.
  • Serve warm.
