Salad Dressing Base
1 Anchovy
fillet
10 Capers
½ teaspoon Ground Pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 clove Garlic
peeled
¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar

Put all in blender and whiz together.
