Devilled Ham Recipe
This recipe envisages using the "nuclear neon green" relish of North America. You can substitute minced green pickle.

Ingredients
1 cup Ham
cooked, chopped
⅓ cup Celery
diced
2 tablespoons Relish
½ teaspoon Horseradish
4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Instructions
Toss ham in food processor; whiz until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients, whiz until blended.
Store in refrigerator, covered. Best if made a few hours ahead to allow flavours to marry.
Can be frozen.
Notes
Instead of mayonnaise, you can use a salad dressing such as Miracle Whip or salad cream.
