1 Anchovy fillet
10 Capers
1 clove Garlic
peeled, chopped
½ teaspoon Ground Pepper
½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
½ cup Olive Oil
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender jug and whiz until smooth.
