Pesto Potatoes Recipe
This is a nice side dish with lamb or beef.

1 pound New Potatoes
4 oz Pesto
handful Pine Nuts
Instructions
Wash the potatoes, but don't peel them or cut them up.
Boil until tender, about 7 to 12 minutes, and drain.
Toss straightaway with the pesto, then scatter pine nuts on top, and send to the table.
Notes
Instead of new potatoes, you can use small salad potatoes.
The pesto is a guesstimate: put in a few tablespoons at a time, and see how you feel.
