Chocolate Crackles Recipe
This is a great recipe to get kids to make, with your supervision.

2 cups Rice Krispies
1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
1 cup Instant Skim Powdered Milk
4 oz Baking Chocolate
1 cup Dried Fruit
3/4 cup Yoghurt
In a large bowl, mix together the Rice Krispies, the coconut, the powdered milk and the fruit.
Melt the chocolate in your microwave (or on the stove top in a pot, if you wish.) Mix the melted chocolate into the Rice Krispies, then mix in the yoghurt.
Spoon onto a buttered cookie sheet or plates that will fit in your freezer.
Freeze until solid, then transfer to a container and keep in the fridge.
This is an Australian recipe. The usual Australian recipe calls for Copha, which is very hard to procure outside the country.
