If the spinach leaves haven't come already washed, wash and dry them.
Make your spinach salad, adding anything else that interests you (e.g. sliced red onion, sliced mushrooms, etc), then top with coarsely chopped walnuts and crumbled chèvre cheese.
Use whatever dressing you please, but probably an oil-based one rather than a creamy one because you already have dairy in the salad.
