Cooking Tips
To try it in baked good recipes, you can replace up to ½ of the flour with quinoa flour. It is higher in fat than wheat flours such as all-purpose or plain, so it will make your baked goods moister in addition to altering their taste.
Substitutes
To make 1 cup quinoa flour, grind in a blender ¾ cup whole quinoa until it reaches the consistency and texture of a fine cornmeal.
Storage Hints
Store in sealed container.
