There is no netting on the pale greenish skin, but there is a darker green ribbing. Inside, the flesh is orange.
The melons are uniformly sized (around 2 pounds / 900 g.)
Alienor is an F1 hybrid.
It tends to crack open in wet weather and slip off its stem. It hasn’t been popular in North American commercial growing trials because of that.
