Andrew Kent Beans

Andrew Kent Beans are beige-coloured beans with maroon streaks and spots.

They are .6 inches (15 mm) long by .35 inches (9 mm) wide, and kidney-bean shaped, though a bit less curved at the ends.

Andrew Kent Beans grow on a bush type plant that grows up to 14 inches (36 cm), and does well in cooler weather. The pods are about 5 inches (13 cm) long and are 90 to 105 days from seed to harvest.

When young, the pods can be eaten fresh as snap beans.

When Andrew Kent Beans are dried, use as any other dried beans.
