Curly Mint is a perennial variety of spearmint.
The leaves are smaller than spearmint. They are bright, dark green mottled with lighter green, and very curly edges.
The stems are stiff, allowing the plant to grow up to 2 feet (60 cm) tall.
It has a spearmint flavour. Some prefer the flavour of actual spearmint, though they like the look of this as a garnish.
