Ginger Mint grows up to 2 feet (60 cm) tall, with soft, pointed leaves ¾ to 2 inches (1 ½ cm to 5 cm) long.
The leaves are fragrant, and bright green with yellow splotches, that fade in heat.
It makes an attractive garnish.
Some think there is a faint back taste of ginger.
