Hauer Pippin Apples

Hauer Pippin are large-sized apples.

They have green skin covered with bright-red and some orange.

Inside, they have crisp, juicy, firm flesh. The flesh has a complex flavour with some tartness and caramel hints.

The apples can be left on the tree till December in California.

Hauer Pippin Apples originated in the Santa Cruz mountains in California in the 1890s from a Cox’s Orange Pippin seedling.
