Hibernal Apples

Hibernal are large-sized apples.

They have yellow skin with red splashes and white dots.

Inside, the yellowish flesh is juicy, crisp and tender, with a very tart taste.

Good for cooking and drying.

Hibernal Apples were brought to America sometime around 1880. Mentioned in 1906 in Fruits of Ontario (printed by L. K. Cameron.)
