Jackson Wonder Beans

Jackson Wonder Beans can be used as a stringless green bean, or be allowed to grow longer for use as a drying bean.

The plant grows 15 to 30 inches (40 to 75 cm) tall, and has 3 to 5 beans per pod.

When dried, Jackson Wonder Beans are buffed-coloured with purplish mottling on them, and cook up creamy.

Cooking Tips

Soaked beans will require 45 to 60 minutes of simmering.
