Lamb Hass Avocado

The Lamb Hass is less oval than most avocados we are used to. It has rough, medium-thick black skin, like the Hass Avocado, but unlike the Hass, whose skin changes from green to black as the avocado matures, the Lamb Hass’s skin starts off black and stays black. It peels easily.

The flesh is a pale green. The stone inside is medium-sized.

It is a hybrid developed from the Hass Avocado.
