Maltese Oranges

Maltese Oranges are “blood” oranges.

There will be some red colouring in some of the oranges, but you can’t count on its always being there or to what extent. They are juicy and sweet.

Many people still consider blood oranges from Malta to be the best.

In the UK, people used to call all blood oranges “Maltese oranges.”
