Persian Cress

Persian Cress has broad leaves and frilly edges. The leaves have a mild peppery bite to them, with a bit of sweetness.

The plant reaches 8 to 10 inches (20 to 25 cm) tall.

It is ready to harvest in the early spring, and you can get a second crop in the fall.

20 days from seed.

Persian Cress is not the same as any flowering garden ornamentals of the Aethionema family known variously as Persian Stone Cress, Lebanon Cress, etc..
