Red Rice Vinegar

Red Rice Vinegar is brownish-red.

It has both a sweet and sour taste with a bit of saltiness.

It can be used on its own as a dipping sauce, or as an ingredient in dishes.

Red Rice Vinegar was traditionally made in north-western China.
